The three to 5 year olds are called Cubbies. At AWANA they get an introduction to the scriptures.
Sparks® ignites the curiosity of early elementary-age kids to learn about the Bible. To many children in kindergarten to second grade, Sparks is the highlight of the week! They love their red vests, the exciting games and spending time with leaders and friends. Sparks is divided into three years, each with a unique rank: HangGlider®, WingRunner® and SkyStormer™. Each year, Sparks clubbers: explore the biographies of people of the Bible from a new portion of Scripture memorize Bible verses complete handbook activities
Every Sunday at 11:00AM from September through May the 4th to 6th graders learn to hide God's Word in their hearts as they memorize scripture.
Awana offers a fun, proven approach for early evangelism and discipleship. Every year in the spring the AWANA Grand Prix is held. It is a family oriented affair that allows clubbers to express their ingenuity by creating and racing their own Grand Prix cars while enabling clubs to share God's love to them and their families.
Kids represent the greatest opportunity to make a long-term impact on our world for Christ. Sequoia uses the AWANA program as a tool to disciple and reach kids for Christ.
