The purpose of SHBC student ministry is to equip students for their current and future ministry. Our desire is to disciple students as they grow up to be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ.

What is Happening NOW with the Students???

The guys are studying "What I must Be" this is a great study on becoming who we are made to be. Come join us at 8:45 AM on Sundays.

The Girls are studying "Lies young women believe and the truth that sets them free" This is a study based on surveys of over 1000 teens. Come and learn to live your life based on the Truth not on lies we all tend to believe.

Also, on every Wednesday night at 6:15 PM come to the co-ed group when we discuss having "Conversations with God". We will talk about Prayer and what it is really all about. Does it really work? Is prayer old fashion and out dated?

Who and When

SHBC Student Ministry is for students beginning 7th grade through 12th grade.  We meet on Sunday mornings at 8:45 AM in the Gym located through the double doors to the right of the entrance into the Family Life Center.  All grades begin together at 8:45 AM for announcements and then will either stay as a large group or will go into our small groups (Boys, High School Girls, Jr. High Girls). 

SHBC Student Ministry also meets on Wednesday nights at 6:15 PM in the Gym.  This is a great time to build relationships as we play games, sing, and study God’s Word together.
